Service Retainer:

Rebecca collaborates on annual retainers with clients who value consistent, thoughtful experiences and are looking for someone with experience to strengthen community and catalyze progress. This service is available for up to two clients per year.

To create a seamless working relationship, Rebecca integrates with the client’s team to create and execute strategies that thoughtfully build relationships at scale; amplify the client's brand, values, and the expertise of their collective community; and ensure the overall experience is fluidly carried out in a way that’s cohesive, effective, and thoughtful.

This is an extremely bespoke service that can be inclusive of brand stewardship and marketing, gatherings, touch-points, and relationship management; as well as the operational work such as strategy collaboration, database organization, and budgets.

Exact offerings are customizable, and, at a high level, include but are not limited to:

Strategy Support:

Gain insight into the client’s long-term vision and work together to propel forward each key initiative. Work together with the team to create company-wide goals and objectives that elevate the conversations had within the community and the impact made by the client.

Development and Planning:

Once aligned on strategy, develop an actionable plan, taking into consideration brand, community, experiences, and touchpoints.

This includes documenting each program, defining the internal processes that provide ongoing support for all projects, identifying where external support may be needed, creating the financial projections for each project, and calendaring all activities and outreach.

Brand:

According to the company strategy, collaborate with the team to audit and improve the client’s presence, design, and messaging.

Understand the client’s core values and brand to ensure that the application of each are accurate and purposeful in every interaction. Oversee the production of the client’s presence, such as digital touch-points, printed collateral, swag, and event design—so that a common and distinguishable aesthetic and nomenclature is used across all touch points.

In the event of brand evolution, support the development, documentation, and implementation of brand elements as needed to ensure all representations of the client's presence are cohesive.

Community Organization:

Demonstrate a deep knowledge of the community by becoming acquainted with each segment and its key players.

Work with the team to organize their community and its data. Implement a system that supports quick and easy access to information and enables the ability to measure progress and impact. Keep detailed records of how, to whom, and when each invitation, touchpoint, or experience is presented. This is inclusive of suggesting the best CRM system to utilize, upkeeping information, and staying on top of community information such as location, address, pertinent personal information, and curating event lists, maintaining digital and physical mailing lists, and other important elements of organization.

Live Experiences:

Event planning, details, and logistics are our specialty. Bring to life tasteful and well-planned off-sites, roundtables, and events. This includes all aspects of event planning, from vendor management to design details, and is also inclusive of administration. Most importantly, as an integrated team member, this is also inclusive of following-up on the opportunities created during the event and next steps required.

Touchpoints:

Oversee the steady cadence of touchpoints for a client, such as digital correspondences and physical gifts, that thoughtfully engage and influence those around them. End goals could be to amplify the wisdom of the client or community, or simply keep the client top of mind in an on-brand way. This can range from 1:1 (gifts for business or personal occasions) to at scale gifting (large-scale mailings or holiday gifts).

Relationship Management:

As an integrated member of your team, Rebecca can also serve as a point of communication between you and your network. Careful, thoughtful, and thorough in her communications, she can help to build and maintain relationships with community members ranging from portfolio leaders to influential friends—  supporting all parties with follow-ups, introductions, projects, events and more.
